Applicant must meet one of the following academic levels:
I. FSc (Pre-Medical) with 45% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects).
II. Matric (Science) with 45 % marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects).

• 15-35 years.

• Candidates in Pakistan who have successfully completed their Matriculation.

• Photocopy of Matric Science (with biology) mark sheet.
• Passport size photographs.
• Paid challan voucher of 2000pkr.

• Photocopy of CNIC/Form-B of candidate.
• Photocopy of CNIC of father/guardian.
• Photocopy of domicile & PRC.
• Passport size photographs.
• Photocopy of verified Matric Mark sheet and verified Matric certificate.

Lady Health Visitor


Lady Health Visitor LHV is a special health care individual who works on a domestic level to provide a variety of services to urban and rural population including basic nursing care services, maternal child health services and training of community worker. A lady health worker is not a proper doctor or nurse but she is fully trained and certified with the basic and pre-medical aid to in those areas where the access of an authentic doctor or peoples are not fully aware with the medical care.
