• Matric (Either Art or Science) with 40% marks.

• 14-40 Years.

• Candidates in Pakistan who have successfully completed their Matriculation?
• Only female candidates can apply for Community Midwifery.

• Photocopy of Matric Science (with biology) mark sheet.
• Passport size photographs.
• Paid challan voucher of 2000pkr.

• Photocopy of CNIC/Form-B of candidate.
• Photocopy of CNIC of father/guardian.
• Photocopy of domicile & PRC.
• Passport size photographs.
• Photocopy of verified Matric Mark sheet and verified Matric certificate.

Community Midwives Diploma Program


Upon successful completion of the 18-month Community Midwives Diploma Program, graduates will be awarded a diploma and certification that qualifies them to practice as skilled midwives in local communities, contributing to improved maternal and newborn health outcomes across Pakistan. The Community Midwives Diploma Program is an 18-month comprehensive training designed to equip aspiring midwives with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide essential maternal and newborn healthcare services within local communities. This diploma program focuses on preparing midwives to offer quality care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
