• Diploma In General Nursing. • Pakistan Nursing Council valid registration card.

• Candidates in Pakistan who have successfully completed their three Years General Nursing program (RN Program) and hold valid PNC license (for male any Post Basic Clinical Specialty in lieu of midwifery as 4th year of Nursing diploma).

• Photocopy of Matric Science (with biology) mark sheet.
• Photocopy of diploma of General Nursing with mark sheet.
• Photocopy of diploma of PNC registration card valid.
• Passport size photographs.
• Paid challan voucher of 3000pkr.

• Photocopy of CNIC of candidate.
• Photocopy of CNIC of father/guardian.
• Photocopy of domicile & PRC.

Post Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing
